Refund policy

Our goal is to ensure that you're happy with your purchase and we stand behind our product. We understand that many of our customers are not local and choosing a scent is a "shot in the dark", so you may not like it the way you anticipated. If you're unhappy with a scent or it is nothing like you thought it'd be, we're happy to exchange the candle for you.

If you choose to return or exchange a candle or melt, please let us know within 3 days of delivery and ship the items back within 7 days of delivery.

FOR RETURNS:
You will be refunded the cost of the candle(s) or melts, not including any shipping costs.

FOR EXCHANGES:
We will split shipping with you- the customer is responsible for getting the candle back to us and we will pay for shipping the new candle(s) or melts back to you.

The candle(s) must be returned unused/not burned.
The melts must be returned unbroken and with all 6 squares intact.

Please ensure that you pack the candle as well as possible to protect the product in transit.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of customization or personalized orders, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these. Please be aware that we are here for any correspondence prior to a custom order being shipped.
